Aczone

Aczone

Aczone is a prescription gel using dapsone 5%. They claim that it will reduce even severe acne breakouts, though it’s mostly meant for mild to moderate acne, and it can start working in just a short amount of time. They claim it will reduce inflammation and acne within just weeks, and there’s apparently no denying it. However, you should only use it as a gel, not in internal pill form.

Aczone is produced by Allergan, which is a company known for various ingredients. It has been known to cause greater acne results in some cases. However, it takes weeks just like any prescription essentially speaking, and it could in the meantime actually cause greater problems and breakouts. For some, these breakouts do not actually go away at any point in time.

Moreover, if you take it in pill form, it has been shown to break down red blood cells and cause diarrhea, vomiting, and various other side effects. When applied to the skin it can cause inflammation, redness, irritation, peeling, and otherwise. The side effects either way are extremely undesirable to say the least. Many have found this out the hard way.

Aczone is not recommended. It’s not a prescription because of its amazing results, but rather because of all of the side effects that often come with it. It can cause serious problems, and frankly it is not worth your time or money in general, especially being that you don’t actually et efficient or even guaranteed results in general.
