They claim it will reduce inflammation and acne within just weeks, and there’s apparently no denying it. However, you should only use it as a gel, not in internal pill form.

Aczone is produced by Allergan, which is a company known for various ingredients. It has been known to cause greater acne results in some cases. However, it takes weeks just like any prescription essentially speaking, and it could in the meantime actually cause greater problems and breakouts. Moreover, if you take it in pill form, it has been shown to break down red blood cells and cause diarrhea, vomiting, and various other side effects.
