Actimine

Actimine can apparently limit the frequency and severity of chronic acne breakouts because it has the right supplement. They talk about the history of acne in general, and they cite quotations from sites such as Pubmed, University of Maryland Medical Center, About.com, and SupplementNews.org about ingredients like vitamin A, vitamin E, and zinc among others to support their claims.

Actimine offers you the choice of getting a “free trial offer” or buying it on its own. Of course “free” will appeal to many. But we suggest that if you do want to buy this product, you go with the one bottle purchase. The “free trial offer” comes with strings attached that you may not actually see coming. And while true to their word, they do use the ingredients they focus on and name, this does not mean it will fight acne. It means those ingredients have been proven in the right amounts to fight some cases of acne.
Frankly, vitamin A is your best chance at fighting acne in this blend. The other ingredients could apply, but not in the same sense. Unfortunately, the results of vitamin A are highly limited whereas the other ingredients don’t have the effect you want, unless you happen to be deficient in most cases. They don’t actually have any real acne fighting ingredients, and relying purely on vitamin A is of course not a good thing.
We would recommend not using Actimine. It doesn’t have the right ingredients, the right amounts, or anything else that you really should be looking for. Actimine will not give you the right results, and we would hope that you would try something else instead.
